WebApr 20, 2016 · Any ideas my r1150rt starts hard after sitting overnite. I always wait until the fuel pump cycles on then crank for 2 seconds then again for 2 seconds on the third try it starts. The rest of the day I hardly look on the starter button and it is running. I have used k100 gas treatment. It seems like it is starved for fuel on the first morning start. Battery is at least 3 years old, stays on BMW battery maintainer. I adjusted vales, right exhaust were tight, all others were close.
