Some of my favourites: Sweet Lovin' (Sigala) Wobble (Flo Rida) Dark Horse (Kerrie Scene) Peanut Butter Jelly (Galantis) Stay For It (RL Grime) WebThe squat track ( [4x pulses + 4x singles] x 4) and lunge track are both horrific, but it's the shoulders ("Addicted to a Memory" by Zedd) that just never ends. I've done 96 so many times have never made it all the way through without stopping to rest.
