The old padding don't show up for me in the Admin Menu, so I'm guessing they've been re-added via one of the mods you are using. If the newer padding are absent, some mod may be overwriting their Item / Feat IDs. It's likely the same mod is responsible for both … WebUsing nothing but plant fiber to add +5 armor to a set of basic light armor that only starts at 31 isn't half bad, but it's locked behind the tinkers bench and a "level wall" making each progressive piece kinda pointless by the time you're allowed to use it.
