WebOur Youth Outreach Program (YOP) conducts direct outreach to youth up to 18 years old throughout Hampton Roads, serving both Southside Hampton Roads and the Virginia Peninsula. The Youth Outreach Program offers onsite crisis counseling, crisis intervention, immediate access to emergency shelter for 9-17 year olds and intensive support services. WebThe Regional Housing Crisis Hotline is the starting point for anyone who is experiencing a housing crisis throughout Greater Hampton Roads and in need of shelter, case management, and related services and/or community resources.
